This came off a well running, dyno tested, carbureted, 1999 Harley Davidson FLHTC Electra Glide Classic 1450cc 88ci twin cam 5 speed with 34,110 known miles on it. 2011 Vauxhall VXR8 will cost £50k The world is woefully short of old-fashioned, rear-wheel drive, hairy-chested saloon cars that actually handle. True, there are still some Yank-Tanks around at less than stellar money that do a good impersonation, but for the real deal you need to buy a Vauxhall. Or at least a Vauxhall from Oz – the 2011 Vauxhall VXR8 (which we saw at Goodwood in the summer in Holden clothes).

Ford will introduce the redesigned C-Max, which uses the automaker's first global C-segment platform, at the upcoming Frankfurt auto show. The C-Max will be launched worldwide in the second half of 2010, with other models to follow on the platform, including the next-generation Focus, also coming in 2010. The C-Max takes its "kinetic" design cues from the iosis MAX concept car unveiled at this year's Geneva auto show, incorporating features such as a coupelike sweeping roofline.

Korean Grand Prix 2011 Last year’s Korean Grand Prix was more like a jaunt on the Solent than an F1 race, but the weather was a little more forgiving for the 2011 F1 Grand Prix, in the middle of nowhere in southern South Korea. Lewis Hamilton had obviously given himself a good talking to – or someone else had – as he displayed controlled aggression, and consummate skill, to take pole in Korea after his dismal series of performances of late. But all that effort was for nought as new world champion Vettel put him firmly in his place on the very first lap, never to look back.
