Here I have a nice rebuilt generator for 28-32 Model A and B Ford's. This is for 6 volt. It has new bearing, bushing, brushes and new field coils. Armature has been turned and undercut and checked for shorts on a growler. This one is nice. I have been rebuilding these since the 50's so I have got the experience. Has been tested and run for 30 minutes and works fine. I will not warranty these if they do not meet my expectations, so buy with confidence. NO CORE RETURN REQUIRED. You should be please with this one, comes with a 30 day warranty. Ready to install on your Model A. Thanks for looking. Volkswagen has unveiled the US version of the Passat at the 2011 Detroit auto show. VW’s European customers won’t be able to buy it, but will be interested in the price: despite being longer and wider than the car offered in Europe it will start from just £13,000 before taxes for a 168bhp five-cylinder petrol. The nearest petrol Passat costs £19,529 in the UK.

The British Steam Car Challenge team has set a new land speed record for a steam car at 148.308mph All of which tends to suggest – admirable though the achievement is – that steam technology has not moved on much in 100 years. An improvement of around 1mph a decade. Still, a challenge is a challenge, and the team on the British Steam Car Challenge rose to the occasion.
