Please read and understand the full description and applications before bidding...You are bidding on a Hard-to-find Correct, Original Mopar Dodge Chrysler Plymouth A-body Standard or Rally Dash Instrument Panel A/C Temp Switch Panel Control Lamp with bracket and new bulb, as pictured...Part number 2864842 for a 1968 1969 Barracuda, Cuda, Formula S, Dart Swinger GTS, or 1970, 1971 1972 Valiant Duster, Twister, 340 Wedge, Scamp, Dart, Demon, Sizzler, Swinger, Special, or Custom, with or without Rally dash...It is in good used condition tested working with a new bulb...The blue lens cover has some stress cracks, but the bracket is very nice...See my other auctions for the cable clips, glove box lid, hinge, ashtray, a/c vent duct, blower fan motor, blower fan switch, and many other A-body parts.

THE SCOTTISH Government is teaming up with industry leaders and environmental campaigners in a new drive to get more electric cars on the roads. Transport Minister Keith Brown has launched the E-Cosse partnership which brings together government body Transport Scotland with car manufacturers, power companies, local councils and environmental charity WWF Scotland. Mr Brown said the new group would "develop a shared vision and set future priorities to promote the uptake of electric vehicles in Scotland".

Kia, Chrysler, VW set pace as December sales advance 9 percent

Kia, Chrysler and Volkswagen posted some of the strongest sales gains for December as the industry closed out 2011 on a high note. Automotive News estimates December volume was up 9 percent to 1.24 million from a year earlier--in line with analysts' forecasts. Total industry sales were projected at 12.78 million for the year, up from 2010's total of 11.6 million and the 27-year low of 10.4 million in 2009.

The winners at the fourth annual EyesOn Design Awards held at the 2009 NAIAS in Detroit last week read like a serving of alphabet soup, with the top awards going to Audi, BMW and Cadillac. Presided over by 20 top design executives from automotive manufacturers and by academics from transportation design programs, the EyesOn Design awards are presented by the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology (DIO) - an internationally recognized non-profit organization known for helping the blind and visually impaired. Founding Chairman Tom Gale (former Vice President of Design at Chrysler) selected the following people to head up this year's jury: Chris Bangle, Director of Group Design for BMW; William 'Willie' G.
