Q by Aston Martin – wonder where they got that name from?

Sun, 04 Mar 2012

Q by Aston Martin - whatever you want Aston Martin has revealed a new customisation programme for their cars – Q by Aston Martin – which debuts at Geneva. Q by Aston Martin is AML’s latest ploy to garner more revenue from their cars, and is said to bring together Aston Martin designers, engineers and craftsmen (and women, no doubt) to offer buyers of Aston Martins the ultimate choice in personalisation and customisation. 2012 Saab 9-5 & 9-5 SportWagon prices and models

Thu, 16 Jun 2011

Saab 9-5 SportWagon arrives in the UK in the Autumn. Possibly Is it just us, or does it strike you as a bit odd that Saab are sending us information on the 2012 Saab 9-5 revisions and on the yet-to-actually-launch Saab 9-5 SportWagon, when Saab doesn’t even know if it will survive beyond tomorrow? True, it’s always best to be optimistic and plan for success not failure, but wouldn’t it have been pragmatic to wait until Uncle Tom Cobley and all have had their say on whether Saab can take the Chinese Shilling to survive.

Ford to sell Aston Martin

Thu, 31 Aug 2006

By Georg Kacher Motor Industry 31 August 2006 02:39 The world’s two biggest luxury goods firms – including the conglomerate behind brands like Moet and Louis Vuitton – are locked in a battle to buy Aston Martin from cash-starved Ford. Ford announced today that the British sports car manufacturer would be sold and CAR has learned that Swiss-based Richemont and the French holding company LVMH have emerged as most likely to take on Aston despite having no previous experience in the car industry. Ford desperately needs to tap into the potential $700m-$1bn the sale of Aston could generate and hopes to finalise a deal by the end of the year.
