But we had to do a complete volte face when we finally had the new Citroen DS3 in for review – it’s an absolute cracker. General Motors to kill Daewoo name in South Korea, switch to Chevrolet
Thu, 20 Jan 2011General Motors Co., trying to position Chevrolet as a key global brand, is killing the long-used GM Daewoo name in South Korea and putting the Chevy bowtie on its cars there. The name GM Daewoo Auto & Technology Co., in use since GM took over the struggling South Korean automaker in 2002, will be phased out by the end of March. The new name will be GM Korea Co., the company said in a statement.

There’s little new on offer, really, with a rehashing of what Aston Martin has produced before as ‘Limited Edition’ cars, with the V8 Vantage N430 continuing the theme of Vantage ’N’ Editions and the Carbon’ limited edition’ DB9s done before.
