Gray Design imagines a new Saab 9-3

Swedish design firm Gray Design gave us its take on a new Saab 9-3 on Friday. The sleek, spaceship-like car reminds us again of what Saab’s future could have looked like. Gray Design says the Saab 9-3 Mark III is an attempt to take design elements from past Saabs and blend them into modernity.

Lotus supermini 'here in October 2013' - Bahar

Lotus's proposed supermini has been approved and will be built in partnership with parent company Proton and a third car manufacturer, Lotus chief executive Dany Bahar has told CAR. 'Crash for cash' scams soar by 51%

THE NUMBER of "crash for cash" car insurance scams uncovered by a major insurer surged by 51% annually last year. Aviva said it had detected around 820 staged accidents in 2013, leading to some 2,200 fraudulent personal injury claims. It is pressing for tougher penalties and said that often, rather than being locked up, fraudsters end up being sentenced to community orders, which "do little" to deter them from re-offending.
