Government sets drug-drive limits

Eight prescription and eight illicit drugs have been added to the regulations which will be introduced this autumn, meaning it’ll be an offence to be over the prescribed limits. Ok, that's not entirely true -- what's happening is more or less self-evident: Three Aston Martin DB9s of indeterminate vintage are being hauled on a flatbed trailer big enough for only two. The why remains a mystery.
