In what is probably the least surpring move by Ford the Mercury moniker has been consigned to the history books as Ford continues to rebuild not just its balance book but its brand. Ford will unveil the Start Concept - a global city car - at the Beijing Motor Show We really didn’t see this coming – at least not yet – but Ford have pulled off a surprise ahead of the Beijing Motor Show by unveiling a Global City Car – the Ford Start Concept. We’re pretty sure this really is just a concept – although no doubt a direction pointer for Ford’s aspirations - but the 3-pot Ecoboost engine in the Ford Start is definitely not a concept engine. Nissan tests DeltaWing in a wind tunnel before Le Mans

Nissan sent out a video on Thursday, calling it part one in a series on the development on the DeltaWing. The videos will tell the behind-the-scenes story of the car’s journey to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Similar to the Juke-R series, which stretched to nearly 10 videos, this series will show the process of making the DeltaWing race ready.
