OFFICIAL: 2014 BMW 4 Series Convertible A few days ago we had the first leaked photos of the new BMW 4 Series Convertible, so it was clear BMW were close to revealing the 4 Series Convertible. And here it is. Bigger than the old 3 Series Convertible – and, not surprisingly, looking very like the 4 Series Coupe – the new 4 Series Convertible keeps the folding metal roof the 3 Series had so you really get a proper coupe and convertible all in one.

Concept Car of the Week: Mazda Taiki (2007)

Mazda had been doing fantastically well with its concepts since the end of 2006, and its offering for the 2007 Tokyo motor show didn't buck the trend. The fourth in the 'Nagare' series that explored the idea of 'Flow, it lined up on the Mazda stand with its older brothers for the first time, and was understandably a most impressive display and one of the highlights of this show. And this last week Stiggy has been in the news as he tries to get his memoirs published – Stig: The Autobiography – much to the consternation of the Beeb, who believe his contract gives him no chance of revealing his identity.
