The survey, of more than 1,000 people, suggests that the DVLA has failed to efficiently inform motorists of the changes – despite them coming in from the 1 October 2014. Which augered well for a strong finish for Red Bull and a battle for Alonso to get on the podium and Hamilton to even finish in the points. And that’s exactly what the race gave us.
