Acerbis Moto Cross Body Armor chest protector. Has the quick release buckles at the waist. The shoulder arm bands have thick stretchy adjustable elastic. It appears to be in good useable condition although a couple of the metal rivets have rust on them. These are located on the inner portion of the body armor. I don't see a size measurement on it but my husband wore it and he is 6 foot, 190 pounds.
