ACK Technologies Model 4 Altitude Encoder removed from my 2005 Cirrus SR22 when I upgraded to an ADS-B out avionics package that didn't support this particular encoder. It was working when it was removed and I never had any complaints from ATC on my altitude squawk.

Bonhams is offering the Mercedes-Benz 300SL at a sale at the Mercedes-Benz museum in Stuttgart, Germany, on July 12. Moss and his navigator Denis Jenkinson used the car on a course reconnaissance ahead of the 1,000-mile Mille Miglia race in Italy in 1955.

Lewis Hamilton grabbed pole position in Monza this afternoon for McLaren in qualifying for the 2012 Italian Grand Prix, with a second place for Jenson Button locking out the front row for McLaren. It had looked throughout Q1 and Q2 that it would be Ferrari who were dominant and likely to take pole, but Alonso suffered a rear roll bar problem at the start of Q3 and ended at the bottom in tenth place.
