ACT Advanced Clutch Technology MZ010 Heavy Duty Performance Pressure Plate, For Select Vehicles Item Description
Features ACT's performance pressure plates offer many advantages over stock pressure plates. The unique single diaphragm design maintains the proper pressure plate geometry, which provides a smooth and precise feel that is positive and firm, extends clutch life, and increases clamp load. This Heavy Duty model increases clamp load 20-50%, with a stock to moderate pedal feel that makes it a good choice for both street and race use. The all new (not "re-manufactured") components are exact engineered for each application and manufactured from quality materials using dedicated tooling. An exclusive four stage heat treating process is performed on all diaphragms, and the induction hardened bearing contact area promotes extremely long wear life. Drive straps and rivets securely locate the contact face to the cover for quiet, trouble free operation with no loose pieces to wear or rattle. Additional Information

Rolls Royce Wraith: First tease photo of Ghost Coupe
Tue, 22 Jan 2013The first tease photo of the Rolls Royce Wraith – a coupe version of the Ghost – has been revealed ahead of a Geneva Motor Show debut. It’s only been a few days since Rolls Royce told us that the Ghost Coupe will be the Rolls Royce Wraith, and we were expecting a few teaser photos surface in the next couple of months as the Wraith gets close to a reveal at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. But it looks like we might have to hunker down for an endless series of teases for the Wraith between now and March as the first teaser photo for the Wraith – a shadowy view of it in profile – has already been released.
Audi RS5 (2010) first official pictures
Mon, 22 Feb 2010This is the new Audi RS5, a £60,000 super-coupe with a high-revving 4.2-litre V8 and a 174mph top speed. It's Audi's riposte to the BMW M3, and we'll see it in the metal at next week's 2010 Geneva motor show. Under the bonnet is the same naturally aspirated 4163cc V8 that powered the old RS4 and is currently found in the R8, but Audi’s Quattro GmbH division – responsible for all of Ingolstadt’s RS models – has squeezed an extra 30bhp out of the engine. That means the high-revving, direct-injection 4.2-litre V8 produces 444bhp at 8250rpm, along with 317lb ft from 4000 to 8000rpm. That power is sent through a seven-speed S-tronic gearbox to all four wheels, and with the Launch Control system engaged it’s enough to propel the 1725kg coupe to 62mph in 4.6 seconds, before powering the RS5 on to its 155mph limiter.
