This updated Enhanced Auto Scanner with CodeConnect, Trilingual, OBD II, CAN and Expanded ABS Coverage Scan Tool will revolutionize the way you fix your vehicle. It has been updated from over 3 million fixes to over 4.3 million verified fixes specific to the vehicle's make, model, year and engine. CodeConnect provides actual fixes to the problem causing the check engine light to illuminate - providing the fix from the CodeConnect database. AutoScanner Plus will indicate on the screen which codes have the CodeConnect details available. Then it's a simple push of the button to get the CodeConnect information. These actual vehicle fixes have been reported and then verified by Actron's team of ASE certified technicians. This Actron's AutoScanner Plus includes domestic ABS code coverage and now includes Honda, Nissan, Toyota and Hyundai for 1996-2009 vehicles, record and playback data stream and on-screen graphing. Electric Land Rover Defender at Geneva 2013

What it is is the 2013 Land Rover Defender – in a variety of body styles – with the diesel gubbins removed and replaced with a big bank of batteries and an electric motor, as Land Rover try to find out if EV off-roaders have real world application possibilities.

Sat, 21 Jun 2014Valtteri Bottas, Felipe Massa and Nico Rosberg – the front three in Austria The writing was perhaps on the wall for the Mercedes domination of the 2014 F1 season after the Canadian Grand Prix, and the writing is now loud and proud for Williams as they lock out the front row for the Austrian Grand Prix tomorrow. Massa has taken pole – his first pole for six years – with team mate Valtteri Bottas just 0.087 seconds behind as Williams took advantage of errors from Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes, which also compromised Nico Rosberg, creating a Williams front row in the process. Hamilton’s first run didn’t count because he took all four wheels over the white line at turn eight, and he skidded out on his next quick lap, leaving him dead last in final qualifying but starting ninth after Nico Hulkenberg’s disqualification.
Regular eyetests should be 'mandatory' for all drivers

There are 2,900 road casualties each year in the UK caused by poor eyesight. Road safety charity Brake is asking the government to introduce mandatory eyesight tests for all drivers when they renew their driving licence every 10 years.
