USED '94-'01 ACURA INTEGRA RS CENTER CONSOLE/ARM REST.
This is a used Acura Integra RS Center Console/Arm Rest with a storage compartment under the arm rest. The Arm Rest has very nice fabric on it with no stains or signs of ware it has the tabs intact so it latches when it shuts. Also the storage compartment is nice & clean. The arm rest is in excellent condition. As for the plastic its Black with no deep scratch marks on it. Although there is a light scratch mark on the right side a few inches long, which I took a picture of. There is also a cigarette ash tray in the rear of the console & It was lightly used but its still in good condition. The only other defect is 3 out of 4 tabs broke off on the very front which does not matter when its put in place. Overall this is a very nice Center Console/Arm Rest for a Integra. It will make a very nice replacement part. If you have any questions Please make sure to ask them Before you buy the item. Even before the Toyota GT 86 hit the roads we were expecting a convertible version to be not far behind. In fact, Toyota’s chief engineer, Tetsuya Tada, confirmed last month that the GT86 / Subaru BRZ / Scion FR-S was conceived as a convertible and that Toyota are working on a production version.
Digital repreive for drivers as FM switch-off postponed
Tue, 24 Dec 2013MILLIONS OF CAR OWNERS have been saved from missing out on listening to the radio in their cars as the Government has delayed switching off FM transmitters in favour of digital radio. The move comes as the Government admits that more needs to be done to convince radio users to switch to DAB digital radio instead of sticking with FM. Ed Vaizey, the communications minister, said: ‘We have to support digital radio, but we also respect people’s passion for radio and not being made to do something they don’t want to.’ At present, digital radio accounts for about a third (36.5%) of all radio listening, but take up has been lower among car drivers who are used to FM.
College for Creative Studies - GM Autonomy 2020 project
Wed, 12 May 2004Final year Transportation Design students at Detroit's College for Creative Studies have presented the results of a GM-sponsored project, to design a GM vehicle for the year 2020. The proposals were to be based on the skateboard-shaped chassis of the Autonomy fuel cell concept shown at the 2002 Detroit Auto Show. This was one of several manufacturer-sponsored projects that were presented in the lead-up to the annual CCS Student Exhibition, which opens this Friday May 14.
