Adam’s Detailing Video

Adam's Grit Guard Car Wash Bucket & Caddy is more than just a bucket. That's because a regular old bucket is made for mopping floors and hauling slop. Your car is far too big an investment to trust to any old bucket.

From the highest quality materials to the finest detail of the spin-on lid, Adam's Grit Guard Wash Bucket is designed to do many things, but its most important job is protecting your car from wash related scratches.

An ordinary bucket allows the dirt and grit you wash off of your car with your wash pad to float around freely in your wash water, where it will be picked up again by your wash pad. Dirt particles on your wash pad act like sandpaper, scuffing away at your car's paint finish. The result is self induced swirl marks and scratches.

Adam's Grit Guard Wash Bucket keeps the dirt you rinse off of your wash pad where it belongs; safely at the bottom of the bucket. The secret is the ingenious Grit Guard bucket insert that allows grit and dirt particles to settle to the bottom of the bucket, where they remain trapped safely away from your wash tools and your car. The Grit Guard insert is simple, but very effective.

The Grit Guard Insert is just part of the solution. Our premium bucket has a 4.25 gallon capacity and is made using a semi-transparent, super tough, polypropylene plastic. It's then capped with a spin on, spin off Gamma Seal lid that seals the bucket air tight. The Gamma Seal lid makes Adam's Grit Guard Wash Bucket perfect for storing your wash tools and supplies, but it's designed to turn your bucket into something far more useful and satisfying... A stool! With a quick twist of the lid you have the perfect place to sit to do the nitty-gritty work on your wheels, grill, rocker panels, etc.

Want even more fun and convenience? Add our 5-caster bucket caddy and easily push your bucket around with a single toe. When used as a stool, the bucket dolly turns you Adam's Premium Grit Guard Wash Bucket into a creeper.

It's not just a bucket. It's the best bucket you'll ever own, guaranteed!

One Lap of the Web: Bugatti state of mind

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

-- Last week, we looked at the new Bugatti exhibit at the Mullin Museum, which taught us more about Bugatti in an afternoon than the last three years of idly flipping through Pebble Beach programs. Having thus immersed ourselves in the House That Ettore Built, we'd really like to drive to work in a faithful Type 35 replica by the aptly named Pur Sang, which Mark Dixon of Octane drove for his 140-mile commute. "You need to keep the revs up while the engine clears its throat and warms its plugs," he writes.

Chevrolet Colorado pickup concept revealed

Mon, 21 Mar 2011

Chevrolet's next-generation midsize pickup is a bit larger, with just a hint of the departed Avalanche, based on a concept truck revealed on Monday ahead of its debut at the Bangkok motor show. The new Chevy Colorado goes on sale in Thailand later this year, so the concept is right-hand drive. But the development program is for a global vehicle, so we're likely to see many elements from the Thailand truck show up on the U.S.
