Adjustable Height Tire Changing Stand by Tusk The stand height is adjustable to firmly hold the wheel 26"-36" off the ground Easy assembly and break-down make this stand ideal for the shop or the track! Features: Axle Stud w/Wing Nut: This adjustable axle
keeps your wheel tight to the changer. Just snug
the wing nut to your hub, and you are set. Rim Lock Cut-out: The cut out on the upper ring
allows you to pry against the lower bar with your
tire iron for increased leverage when pushing in
rim locks and valve stems. Holster: A holster mounted on to the tire stand
holds the tire irons when you aren’t using them.
They are always conveniently there at your side
when you need them. Rubber Coated Ring: The outer ring that your
wheel sits on is coated in a rubber protector that
keeps the wheel from getting scratched. The ring
for the “mini” wheels is also rubber coated. Stand Height Adjustment: Using the black
knob in the center of the stand, you can adjust the
stand to a comfortable height. TECH NOTE: The base features mounting holes so the stand can be screwed or bolted to the floor or a sheet of
wood for increased security and stability. Fri, 15 Jan 2010The Lamborghini Jota caught cold weather testing (via WCF - copyright CarPix) The Murcielago range of Lamborghinis is coming to the end of their shelf life and we have in store the replacement – The Lamborghini Jota - which will be with us in the next year or so. So it’s not a big surprise that Lamborghini have been out testing the new Jota in the Arctic Circle. As we can see from the spy shots, the Jota is going to be similar in size to the Murcielago (which is far too wide for comfort around town) but thanks to a new aluminium space frame will be an awful lot lighter than the Murcielago.
