Up for sale is a factory brake pedal assembly as fitted to the AE86 chassis Corolla GT-S and SR5. It is in great shape, with modest wear on the lower right section of the pedal pad, predominantly due to heel-toe braking over the last 10 years. The pivot has no excessive slop, and the brake light switch works perfectly. All threads are good on the upper mount as well. Great replacement part for a damaged or missing piece. As you can see, there is light surface rust on the main body, this is typical as Toyota did not paint these from the factory.

Winners announced in Factory Five design competition
Fri, 17 Jun 2011Earlier this year, we brought you news of an open-sourced design competition from American kit car manufacturer, Factory Five. The brief called for a compact, two-seat roadster that shared a drivetrain with the Subaru Impreza. The car would feature a bespoke space-frame chassis, but the mechanicals would be lifted from the Impreza to allow the car to sell for under $15,000.
