You are bidding on a pair of side skirt molding for your side skirts.  As you know side skirts never came out on US model corolla GTS/sr5 ae86s.  But yes they were sold as an import accessory in the 80s through TRD when they were in Torrance for around $150-200 a pair new.  And I remember seeing them at the garage sales and nobody wanted them.  (Don't trouble yourself trying to look for any lying around, they don't have any and TRD USA doesn't really exist)

Imported side skirts that came used to the US over the years never came with molding trim or were lost during removal. Up for sale is a Toyota alternative, these are off some other Toyota side skirts that work and fit similar as you can see in the photos.  These are about 77in ea side.  You apply by the peel and stick method. Made by Toyota Japan.

Watch the 2,000-horsepower Banks Freightliner jump five cars

Mon, 24 Mar 2014

Mike Ryan does amazing things with the Banks Freightliner. And with Pikes Peak still half a year away, Ryan settles for practice in the Long Beach docks in "Size Matters 2." He weaves the semi in and out of boxes, does donuts in the same tight radius as a matte-black 240SX (driven by stuntman Daniel Leavitt, who ironically shares his name with a reckless driving attorney in Virgina), and dodges even larger trucks. (No Dodges, though there's the Freightliner connection.) All the elements of Ken Block's Gymkhana videos are here: the screeching electronic music, the moody industrial setting, the gratuitous slow-motion.

Luxgen Luxgen5 sedan

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

Luxgen, Taiwan's only automotive manufacturer with its own design and development center, has announced the launch of the Luxgen5 sedan, which the company says has three design aesthetic elements: surfacing performance, re-curved strokes and intelligent airfoil. What this translates to is a silhouette comparable to the Opel Insignia, with an arcing A-pillar that runs through the cant rail onto the high rear deck. The DRG boasts a large grille, where the chromed ‘wing' motif runs into the LED lamp graphics. The sculpted flanks feature an array of character and detail lines that fall into the ‘re-curved strokes' category of the Luxgen design language.

Jaguar C-X75 heading up the hillcimb at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Fri, 12 Jul 2013

The Jaguar C-X75, pictured at Goodwood ahead of its Supercar run Jaguar are pulling out all the stops for this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed with not only their latest performance cars but the debut of the Jaguar Project 7, an F-Type R with the DNA of a D-Type. But they’ve topped all that by deciding that their canned supercar project – the Jaguar C-X75 – deserves a proper outing in public. Jaguar only have five development versions of the C-X75, but they’ve taken one to Goodwood – although it’s not on display – and are wheeling it out over the weekend to take part in the Michelin Supecar run up the hill.
