AEM 30-6905 EMS-4 Engine Universal Engine Managment System
OVERVIEW AEM's EMS-4 Universal Standalone Programmable Engine Management System (part# 30-6905) is the ideal standalone Engine Management System for modified Powersports and four-cylinder race car applications. The EMS-4 was created using AEM's powerful Series 2 hardware and includes all of its advanced features without the unneeded ancillary components.
WHY YOU WANT THIS If you have modified your four-cylinder Powersports application beyond the factory ECU's ability to control engine operation, or have a 4-cylinder race vehicle that does not require some of the advanced hardware features of an AEM Series 2 Plug & Play System, AEM's EMS-4 provides complete engine control for the maximum power and reliability.
THE HARDWARE AEM's EMS-4 provides complete engine control for small engines with up to 4 cylinders. The unit includes a 36-pin connetor that is specifically designed to operate in harsh environments. It is completely sealed and weather/shock proof, allowing it to be mounted anywhere. The EMS-4 works with MAG or HALL crank inputs and can directly drive smart coils or an external ignitor such as AEM's 4-Channel Coil Driver (part # 30-2840).

BMW ALPINA D3 Bi-Turbo (pictured) is the world’s fastest diesel car
Alpina take BMW’s already very good cars and take them to another level. Just like the new BMW ALPINA D3 Bi-Turbo. The Alpina D3 is Alpina’s take on the BMW 3 Series and Touring, and is a distinct step up from the BMW 335d, with more performance, more luxury and yet some very good performance and BIK stats.
The first photo of the 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport
At the Geneva Motor Show in the Spring we got a sport concept of the new Suzuki Swift which Suzuki dubbed the Swift S-CONCEPT, even though we all knew it was a great big signpost towards the new Suzuki Swift Sport. And so it was, with the news last month (thanks to a an email from Suzuki in Russia announcing the 2012 Swift Sport ahead of the game) that the Swift Sport was heading for a production-ready debut and going on sale in 2012. So it’s not exactly a surprise that Suzuki has sent us a single image of the 2012 Swift Sport to tease us in to a full debut at Frankfurt.
Toyota has revealed the revised Land Cruiser for 2010
But times move on, and Toyota has decided a modest facelift and a re-vamp is called for, and they have released details of the changes for their most iconic model, which will launch at the Frankfurt Motor Show this week, and go on sale in the UK in December. There are a number of styling tweaks inside and out to keep the venerable Land Cruiser fresh, including a revised dash and trim and tweaks to the bumpers and lights. But the biggest news – at least in the UK – is that the Land Cruiser will come with just one engine option – the 3.0 litre D-4D diesel with a five-speed auto-box.
