This is a new unit that sat in the box the entire time I have had it. It's still covered under AEM warranty for any issues later on. I still have proof of purchase dating back to maybe a month ago. Package was simply open box when I got it and now I am just selling it to go another route. This is ONLY the EMS and does NOT include the pigtail harness.
