The Infinity ECU (PN 30-7109) and Plug & Play Adapter Harness for the 2001-’05 Porsche 996 Turbo (PN 30-3902). When combined with AEM’s Plug & Play Adapter Harness, the Infinity completely replaces the factory Porsche ECU and does not require any additional accessories, sensors or modules for proper operation. Installation can be completed in about an hour when using all of the factory sensors.The manual transmission 2001-05 Porsche 996 Turbo M/T Plug & Play includes several unique features that incorporate the Porsche’s factory CAN bus system (see "Features" tab). A Complete Stand Alone ECU for the Porsche 996 Turbo Plug & Play Harness with Expansion Port An expansion port with a Deutsch DTM 12P connector is included in the Plug & Play Adapter Harness for adding common aftermarket sensors including fuel pressure, air inlet temperature, MAP, boost control solenoid and ethanol content. The expansion port also includes a sensor ground, 5v reference, power from relay and high side output for activating a solenoid, and switched inputs for boost target, no-lift shift, etc. |

There’s no denying that the Mercedes E 300 BlueTEC hybrid is a very clever car, and that it ‘Games’ the daft company car BIK rates to perfection. It’s entire reason to be is to drive down official fuel consumption figures to garner the most benefit possible from company car taxation, and in that it succeeds very well.
McLaren MSO 650S going in to production – debuts at Goodwood & costs from £252,500
Wed, 25 Jun 2014The McLaren MSO 650S Concept (pictured) becomes a production model In April, we revealed the McLaren MSO 650S Coupe Concept, and such has been the reaction from McLaren buyers that McLaren has decided to put it in to production, with a total of 50 cars being built in both Coupe and Spider guise and debuting this week at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The production MSO 650S carries over many of the elements of the Concept, but McLaren’s Design Director, Frank Stephenson, has had input to make more changes including a number of carbon fibre styling upgrades with a satin finish, a three-piece rear bumper with carbon fibre centre section and a more aggressive rear diffuser. The MSO Concept came in Agrigan Black, but the production version will be available in ‘Papaya Spark (a take on McLaren orange), Sarigan Quartz ( new metallic silver with gold infusion) and the Agrigan Black of the concept.
