Design your own Caterham
Wed, 19 Nov 2008Caterham Cars will soon be creating its next new vehicle, but it won't be designed by its design team. The new car will instead have the design conceived online by the public. The manufacturer of the Seven is offering every car enthusiast, irrespective of engineering skill, design experience or mechanical ability, a dream opportunity to design an all-new sports car in collaboration with Project Splitwheel.
The Super Bowl's most refreshingly honest car ad
Fri, 08 Feb 2013In 2000's High Fidelity, hapless record-store owner Rob Gordon -- played memorably by John Cusack -- opines, “What really matters is what you like, not what you are like." In the year 2000, I was 24 years old and was working on a punk rock magazine, an environment not dissimilar from Gordon's Championship Vinyl. Toyota and GM recall nearly 1.3 million vehicles over airbag issues
Fri, 11 Apr 2014Toyota is recalling certain RAV4, Yaris, Highlander, Tacoma, Corolla, and Matrix models in the U.S. market, part of a larger global recall campaign, for an issue that could prevent the airbag from deploying in the event of an accident. General Motors is recalling Pontiac Vibe vehicles for the same problem; the Vibe is mechanically similar to the Matrix because the two shared a platform and were built at the same plant.
