Afco Leaf Spring Sliders (pair) Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth on 2040-parts.com
Boise, Idaho, United States
These are brand new sliders purchased for my car. I changed parts on my 69 Dodge Dart and no longer need these. These parts just kept going up in price after I bought them. You are buying them for what I paid. It's like a car parts stock. It just goes up the longer you hold onto it! Compare these at $95.99 each from big sellers! This price is for a pair of sliders. You need 2 per car. My price and shipping is still lower than the big sellers with free shipping. These will fit any car, not just Chrysler products. The key is that aluminum bushing that goes inside the spring. If you have one or can make your own bushing, you can use them on any car. This keeps the leaf spring travel smooth and more consistent. Takes the rocking and swinging motion out of equation. The best rear mount for your leaf springs. |

MINI Cooper S Diesel coming?
Thu, 26 Nov 2009What appears to be a MINI Cooper S Diesel out testing The photo at the top appears to be a MINI Cooper S diesel. Which is not a car we had on our radar, but with MINI any sub niche of a sub niche is fair game, so it seems highly likely that a beefed up S version of the diesel MINI Cooper is in the offing. As we reported just the other day, we’ve already had at least a dozen new MINIs launched or revealed in 2009 alone.
'Dalek' taking on charity challenge
Thu, 03 Jul 2014A GROUP of Doctor Who die-hards from Warwickshire have transformed a battered old car into a Dalek for a charity rally across Europe. Four friends have spent months turning the seven-year-old Fiat people carrier into a four-wheeled likeness of The Doctor's arch-nemesis for the Wacky Rally, starting Friday. Clare Brookes, a funeral director by trade, is hoping the eye-catching car - which has a loud hailer jammed in the sun-roof that emits "exterminate" on demand - will help them raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

So the Vauxhall Mokka isn’t a move into the hotly contested hot drinks market? Err, no. Instead it’s a Vauxhall (and Opel) version of the Buick Encore 4x4 that’s just been revealed at the 2012 North American International Auto Show.
