Toyota Hybrid Challenge: How Slow Can You Go?
Mon, 04 Apr 2011Toyota Hybrid Challenge - Beware: Slow(er) moving Hybrid Ahead We’ll be the first to admit it: Toyota hybrids can achieve some pretty remarkable feats of economy. Trouble is, only if you’re happy to drive like you hate it with a passion. Audi A1 S-Line Revealed
Sat, 06 Mar 2010The Audi A1 S-Line - the Sporty A1 S-Line package gets revealed Having had a little moan earlier that the Audi A1 overshadowed the debut of the RS5, we have to confess that we are finding the A1 a tempting ‘Only Premium Car in its Class‘, mini-bashing Audi. Audi has already said that it intends offering a range as complete and customisable as the MINI, which will start at the bog-standard A1 and run the gamut through the electric A1 e-tron up through to the performance oriented Audi S1 (which Audi has already confirmed).
Chevrolet Cruze gets better fuel economy for the 2012 model year
Thu, 19 May 2011The 2012 Chevrolet Cruze is making a run at its Eco brother, with a highway fuel-economy rating of 38 mpg with an automatic transmission, 2 mpg more than last it got last year. A manual transmission is now more widely available on the Cruze, according to the General Motors ordering guide. The 1LT and 2LT models will now be available with the six-speed manual, which should increase the fun quotient with the turbocharged 1.4-liter engine.
