This Stage 2 Sealed Intake produces 12hp and 15lbs. x ft. torque and outflows the factory intake by 56%. Fully enclosed in a heat-shielding molded plastic housing; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features auxiliary inlet duct for better airflow as well as an attractive black vacuum formed plastic cover that provides ready access to the filter for servicing. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. The filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.

Vacuum Formed ABS Cover - This intake is topped with a vacuum formed ABS black cover that seals out hot intake air and provides an aggressive yet elegant look to your 3-series.

Dual "Kidney" Auxiliary Air Inlet Ducts - aFe engineers have added two auxiliary air inlets to provide additional air volume. These two ducts are styled in the "Kidney Bean" Style that have made BMW famous.

6" Conical Air Filter with Inverted Top - This intake utilizes a huge, 6" conical Pro Dry S performance air filter with inverted top for increased flow and maximum convenience. This 3-layer progressive, synthetic media air provides increased flow and requires no oils for maximum convenience.

Fully Sealed Design - aFe engineers have designed a very sophisticated 2-piece sealed intake that keeps out warm underhood air and brings in cooler, outside air for a denser air intake charge.

Mounts In Factory Location - aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations.

Renault unveils four electric concepts at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 15 September 2009 12:00 Renault has unveiled four incredible electric concept cars at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show, and all four will be in production by the end of 2012. The maddest of all is the tiny Twizy ZE concept, a 1+1 city car that Renault sources have revealed to CAR will go into production in 2011 relatively unchanged. Also on sale in 2011 will be an electric van for commercial buyers, based on the Kangoo ZE concept and mechanically identical to the Be Bop ZE Ben Oliver drove earlier in 2009.
