The all new Takeda Momentum Sealed Intake System produces up to 7HP and 8 lbs. x ft. of torque over stock, while outflowing the factory intake by 57%. Each intake uses a large 360 degree high flow Pro DRY S air filter for maximum flow, filtration and convenience. The Pro DRY S air filter requires no oils and cleans with simple soap and water. Bridgestone reinvents the wheel

Currently being developed by Bridgestone, the Air-Free Concept Tyre has an exterior tread that looks normal but inside there are plastic spokes that support the outer casing. This does away with the need to pump up the tyres, which means a puncture is no longer a problem as the tyre cannot deflate.

Both swallowed up by big US car makers, and both now being abandoned in a vulnerable position after years of integrating their once independent products in to their parents infrastructure, they must wake up every day wondering if this is the day it all goes bang. Ford is simply trying (increasingly desperately) to off-load Volvo, but GM, which is in a much more precarious position than Ford, has now abandoned its Swedish child in a desperate attempt to appease Congress and survive.
