This is an old custom oil tank for a harley... I think. I don't recognize the shape, but the number of oil-lines seems to be right. Would make a pretty cool retro piece, after you soaked all the crudded on krylon and other filth off it. Under the paint is what looks like fairly decent chrome.

Think of the IPL pack as the equivalent of BMW’s M Sport or Audi’s S-line kits, and if it proves popular, there’ll be more kits (and even bespoke cars) to come. Peugeot Expands 308 Range With Load-Lugging SW

UK new car registrations: 20 months of growth
Thu, 07 Nov 2013The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) has once again increased its new car forecast for 2013. The news comes off the back of the 20th consecutive month of growth, with new car registrations up 4% in October. Last month’s total of 157,314 registrations brings the total to 1,952,238 in 2013 so far, leading the SMMT to up its forecast from 2.22 million to 2.25 million.
