The Ai1 "All in One" Motorcycle Stand- allows the lifting of a motor bike by the front fork, the rear swingarm or spools, all in one compact package. By adding on an optional set of X arms (sold separately) you can lift the front and rear of your bike together. The last motorcycle stand you will ever need to buy! Note: this package will make a front stand OR rear stand. If you want to use it as a front AND rear stand, the optional set of Ai1-XARM need to be purchased (click here to order) Ai1 Motorbike Stand Image Gallery Everything Pictured Below is Included in this Ai1 Kit: The Ai1 All in One Motorcycle Stand is Three motorcycle stands in one. The kit comes broken down and can be quickly configured as a rear swingarm stand by connecting the wide U bar section, the L wheel sections and the swing arm attaching pads with the included hardware and adjustable knobs. Replace the swingarm pads with the included spool attachments and the stand functions as a rear spool motorcycle stand. Connect the L wheel sections to the narrow U bar and attach the front fork attachments and you have a front fork motorcycle stand. The narrow U Bar section can also be used for rear lifting configuration on small, narrow swing arm street bikes and dirt bikes. Finally, add the optional X-Arm kit which consists of a 2nd pair of L Wheel Sections and hardware, and you have a complete front and rear motorcycle stand kit. The additional X-Arm Kit L Wheel Sections lift the bike 1/2" higher for better clearance on either the front or rear. When adjusting the Ai1 Motorbike Stand for front applications, the Fork adapter is adjustable from 6.5-9.5 inches while the Swingarm adapter adjusts from 6-9 inches. In a Rear configuration, the Spool adapter is adjustable from 10-13.5 inches while the Swing arm adapter adjusts from 10-13 inches. BMW 5-series is in line for the company's new triturbo diesel engine
Wed, 23 Nov 2011Details leaked from a dealer conference held in Holland this week suggest that BMW's upcoming 550dX will be the first recipient of the German carmaker's new high-tech triturbo 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder diesel engine. The new engine, which also is destined for the new X5 xDrive50d and X6 xDrive50d models, is claimed to produce 376 hp and more than 516 lb-ft of torque--some 70 hp and more than 74 lb-ft more than the most powerful version of BMW's existing twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder diesel engine, as found in the X5 xDrive40d. The radical new engine, which is rumored to use two traditional exhaust-blown turbochargers in combination with an electrically driven turbocharger to add low-end response, is planned to be offered exclusively with an eight-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel drive.
