The RAPTOR lift pump by Pureflow Technologies. On Cummins diesels nothing kills the VP-44 injection pump faster than a lack of fuel flow. With the RAPTOR lift pump you'll never have to worry about that again! The RAPTOR is a custom manufactured 100 GPH or 150 GPH gerotor pump capable of pressures up to 50 psi and designed for tough applications. All RAPTOR pumps feature a built in user adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a range of 5 to 50 psi. Pressure adjustments are now as simple as a twist of the screw! As an added bonus the RAPTOR requires no "return to tank" line thanks to it's internal bypass design. Without a doubt, the RAPTOR offers the easiest installation on the market today. An excellent choice for trucks with moderate to extreme HP upgrades. Works equally well on stock vehicles. RAPTOR pumps offer a robust, high flow design in an easily installed package. RAPTOR systems feature factory style electrical connectors for a truly plug-n-play installation. Systems come complete with everything needed to install the RAPTOR gerotor pump on your diesel. Includes all new 1/2" fuel lines, lift pump trigger harness and all hardware, fittings and misc needed for installation.

Chrysler is crushing 93 pre-production Dodge Vipers

Thu, 06 Mar 2014

Chrysler has ordered 93 first-generation Dodge Vipers to be crushed, including what is believed to be the fourth Viper ever made. A Chrysler representative sent a letter to South Puget Sound Community College, which currently owns the Viper with VIN# 4, informing them that they must crush the car within two weeks. Automakers regularly donate unsellable non-street legal vehicles to automotive-engineering programs at colleges and universities, reserving the right to order the vehicles destroyed for insurance purposes.

Kia KV7 concept

Tue, 28 Dec 2010

Kia is clearly keen to grab the last of 2010's headlines by releasing this teaser render of its upcoming concept, the KV7, due to be unveiled at the Detroit auto show. The large crossover appears to preview a replacement for the Korean manufacturer's Borrego. While the exterior's clamshell tailgate, muscular wheelarches and Ford Explorer-aping lamp graphics (from this view, at least) may be directly relative to a production model, it's unlikely that the rear gullwing door openings will make the transition.

BMW M135i concept

Mon, 27 Feb 2012

The BMW M135i concept previews not only the M Performance variant of the 1-Series, but also the three-door bodystyle. The M135i features a subtly different mask to the existing five-door variants, with a different treatment around the lamps and grille. The feature line that runs off the top of the lamps is now a more aggressive, down-turned feature that indexes with the lower central intake.
