2012 Volvo S60 recalled for possible problem with fuel-pump software
Mon, 06 Jun 2011Volvo is recalling almost 7,600 S60 sedans from the 2012 model year for a potential fuel-pump software problem with the five-cylinder engine that could lead to hesitation or a possible stall. The cars affected were built from Nov. 18, 2010, to May 5, 2011.

Tue, 06 May 2014By Damion Smy Motor Industry 06 May 2014 15:51 Alfa Romeo has confirmed the news first broken exclusively by CAR in July 2013: the Italian brand will make a dramatic shift from front-drive hatches like the Mito and Giulietta, and instead develop a new range of rear- and all-wheel sports saloons, SUVs and sports cars. Announced in Detroit at Fiat-Chrysler HQ, Alfa Romeo chief technology officer Harald Wester revealed the mantra for the brand includes pushing volumes up from 74,000 sales in 2013, to around 400,000 by 2018. The UK's 2008 Budget has introduced a major car tax shake-up that will leave Britain's motorists £1.6 billion worse off, according to the Opposition. Motorists driving the highest polluting cars face tax hikes of up to £950 in showroom levies from April 2010.
