The Evolution performance exhaust system for the BMW M3 consists of dual-outlet mufflers, flow-optimized link pipes, and an X-pipe that incorporates high-flow 100 cpsi sports catalytic convertors and resonators. The power and torque gains of theBMW M3 with the Evolution system are just amazing. A substantial increase is detected over a very wide rpm range, and so it increases responsiveness during all phases of driving. Together with incredible weight savings, the Evolution system dramatically changes the power-to-weight ratio. Our goal was to design a system that delivers a deep, rich growl at cruising speeds while also allowing the driver to enjoy an aggressive roar when driving hard. Complete the look with a set of two exquisitetailpipes in titanium or carbon fibre.

When installing Akrapovič aftermarket optional down pipes with sports catalytic converters or without catalytic converters, which are developed for use on closed tracks only, remapping the ECU is mandatory. When installing Akrapovič aftermarket exhaust system that was developed for use on closed tracks, we recommend remapping the ECU in order to prevent potential »check engine light« warning signals.

Price includes tail pipe set.

If you are looking for a slip on setup let us know we can set it up for you.

The look, pioneered on the Chevrolet Volt to improve aerodynamics, will appear on other models to boost fuel economy, said Ed Welburn, GM's global design chief.

Fiat set to grab 51 per cent of Chrysler

Sun, 17 Apr 2011

Sergio Marchionne wants majority at Chrysler What a difference a couple of years makes. On May Day in 2009 we reported that Chrysler had been put in to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and the US Government was stepping in to ease the pain with $7.5 billion (admittedly at somewhat less than mates-rates) and that the management were ‘leaving the building’. Step forward Fiat to take up a 20% stake in Chrysler and Fiat boss, Sergio Marchionne, who planned to lead Chrysler away from the dark side and in to the light, with the promise of smaller and more efficient platforms and engines.
