Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping on orders. Please contact us to combine your postage on your order prior to making payment. Combined shipping starts as low as an additional $1.00 postage for each extra item. We cannot offer combined shipping if orders have been paid separately.
Express Post - Guaranteed next business day delivery within the express post network (view AusPost websites for network details - http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) It is the responsibility of the customer to check the network prior to selecting express post.
Just Health reserves the right to increase express post charges based on buyer location.
We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch. Most orders are dispatched same day when placed before 2pm weekdays. To double check the average dispatch time on a particular item please check the "delivery" section of the listing or contact us.
Just Health uses a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to dispatch orders. A signature on delivery is required for both. If you would like a parcel to be delivered without the need for a signature, please leave a message during checkout or send us an eBay message specifying that you give 'Authority to Leave'.
Please note, no responsibility will be taken for missing orders when authority to leave is granted.
If you have a preference between Fastway and Australia Post - please advise us.
Tracking - You will be emailed a tracking number shortly after your order is dispatched. Otherwise, if you want to locate your tracking number, go to the 'purchase history' tab on your My eBay homepage. It will have the tracking number there.
To track your delivery, please check http://auspost.com.au/track/ or fastway.com.au. Please note, tracking may not be available until 24-48 hours after lodgement. If you have any concerns, please contact us via eBay.
When shipping to a business address, Australia Post require that it is necessary to include the business name. Just Health takes no responsibility for packages that are not delivered when there is no business name provided.
Pickup details - if you would like to come and pick up your order, no problems! We would love to see you. Pick ups are available by appointment only, weekdays between 9am - 5pm. If you would like to organise a time, please contact us via eBay.

PayPal is the only accepted method of payment for International sales.
We do NOT take any responsibility for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. In order to avoid customs issues, we advise that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. Just Health reserves the right to increase international post charges based on buyer location.
Just Health offer the following methods of International Postage:
AirMail: No tracking provided
- Cheapest method available
- No tracking available - Just Health do NOT take responsibility for packages lost in the post or delayed when using this unregistered method of post. Please choose registered or express international if you would like tracking.
- Highly reliable, however can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please be patient :).
Registered International - Available up to 2kg:
- Highly reliable
- Limited tracking available
Express Postage International - Available up to 20kg
- Includes tracking and signature on delivery
- Estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities (does not include items delayed in customs)

International Returns/Refunds:
If your order is returned to us due to banned or restricted products, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or because no one accepted the order at delivery we will refund your order, with the following conditions:
- the product cost will be refunded, provided the products are in resaleable condition, less a 20% restocking fee
- shipping costs will NOT be refunded
Refunds will only be granted once the goods arrive back at the Just Health warehouse.
Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost. Also, refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.

Return Policy
If you would like to return your product due to change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. Goods must be unopened and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product is no longer in a sale-able condition. Buyer pays the return postage and refunds will be granted for product cost only (not original postage paid). Please contact us PRIOR to sending your items back.
