First details of 2013 Skoda Octavia emerge

More details and images of the 2013 Skoda Octavia have been revealed ahead of its official announcement. The C-segment Octavia will be the fourth model to sit on the MQB platform after the Volkswagen Golf Mk7, Seat Leon and Audi A3. Texas mulls upping speed limit to 85 mph

Texas and Utah are the two states that have 80-mph posted speed limits. But Texas wants to up the ante to 85. State officials are considering changing the limit on Highway 130, which runs between San Antonio and Austin.
