Offered for bid is an ALFA ROMEO right side rear bumper blade with mounting brackets. Polished stainless steel, bumper is used, OEM, sacrificed from a 1967 Duetto and is compatible with 1966/67 model years, probably 1968/69 as well. Excellent used condition with no dents, dings or rust, only some minor surface scratches barely visible in the photographs. There is one small dimple, perhaps a few MM, just to the left of the mounting hole for the reflector. Fixed nuts for the Reverse Light mounting are in good condition but threads should be chased before use. Bumper is very clean, with a professional buffing probably as close to new as a used one can be. Buyer responsible for any taxes or duties. Payment due within 3 days of auction close. Will combine shipping with left side bumper if purchased. No returns, item is as described.

BMW has released pictures and details of the new X5 M50d, a 381hp super-diesel SUV with the world’s most powerful straight-six diesel engine. It will join the new, third-generation X5 range, which is set to go on sale in the UK this November with prices starting at £42,590. The engine carries over from the previous X5 M50d, but the 2013 version is both quicker and more fuel-efficient.

The Automotive Press Association (APA) Design Panel is the first of several milestones in the annual Michelin Challenge Design (MCD) calendar of events. In keeping with the 2015 MCD Theme of Drive Your Passion: Engaging Senses, Soul and Emotion, this year's panel discussion focused the importance of passion in vehicle design in the high-tech, highly-constrained future. Hosted on 7 May 2014 at the Detroit Athletic Club, over 80 people attended the APA members-only event sponsored by Michelin Challenge Design.
