This is a Used Original CENTER CONSOLE for Alfa Romeo SPIDER models. This came from a 1981 model. It is brown as pictured. It has the wiring harness. I was not able to test the switches or the lighter. The base panel for the switches is rusted, but you can probably fabricate another. A good candidate to restore. Listed separately is a matching dashboard in brown. SEE My Other Listings for more interesting NOS and used Alfa parts. I will combine multiple won items whenever possible to save on shipping cost. Florida man claims ownership of long-lost Cunningham Corvette
Mon, 27 Aug 2012A Florida man says the long-lost 1960 Chevrolet Corvette race car that made a brief public appearance in Carlisle, Pa., last week was owned and raced by his father in the 1970s, and claims the car belongs to him. The challenged ownership of the maroon-colored car--one of three raced in the 1960 24 Hours of Le Mans by Briggs Cunningham and valued by some collectors at more than $1 million--could be the reason organizers of the Corvettes at Carlisle show canceled a planned public display on Aug. 24 less than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

What we are getting – at the Detroit Motor Show next month – is a modest refresh to the cosmetics on the BMW 1 Series Coupe and BMW 1 Series Convertible plus a bit of an oily tweak. On the cosmetic front the 2011 1 Series gets some new light front and back – headlight tweaks, L-shaped tail lights and LEDs front and back – and a new splitter that BMW says creates an air curtain to improve CO2 and reduce drag.

The changes see Weil return to Munich after just over a year as director of automotive design at BMW DesignworksUSA in LA. His portfolio includes the BMW 328 Hommage, F30 3 Series, 5 Series GT, current 7 Series and 4 Series.
