Peugeot 308 R Concept stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

Peugeot’s hot new 308 R Concept hatchback has the new mk7 Volkswagen Golf GTI square in its sights here at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The regular 308 hatch is also making its debut, showing quality Peugeot hope will rival the likes of Volkswagen and Audi, but with the rather racy looking 308 R, the French firm is after the performance crown, too. Rolls-Royce expands Bespoke operation

Rolls-Royce has decided to expand its Bespoke operation due to increasing customer demand for bespoke items, a company trademark. The Bespoke operation team, based at Goodwood, West Sussex, consists of designers, engineers and project management staff and will be doubled by the end of this year, bringing the number of Bespoke experts to over 50. Already in 2011 Rolls-Royce has seen a growing demand for bespoke additions to their cars, leading to the need to recruit more staff in key areas to match growing customer demands.

Kia’s ‘Stunning Sports Car Concept’ is the Kia GT4 Stinger Just before Christmas, Kia revealed the first teaser photo – a birds-eye view – of a new concept they’re taking to the Detroit Auto Show later this month, which they described as a stunning sports concept, but gave us absolutely nothing else. We did hope it may be something that points towards a proper performance Kia, although we half expected it to turn out to be a 3-pot city runaround. But actually, it looks quite promising.
