Closed-cell foam does not absorb moisture but progressively absorbs shock (gets more dense as it is compressed). Offset inside diameter allows easy installation with thicker padding toward driver. Available in 3 foot lengths.

Well, we knew the car industry was in trouble, and that in the last quarter of 2008 car sales fell off a cliff. But it has now been confirmed that overall sales for the UK in 2008 fell by 272,212 units, or 11.3%. December figures alone showed a drop of 21.2% year on year.
