Used vehicle data specialists HPI says it has seen a rising number of customers fall prey to sellers passing on vehicles without a logbook, otherwise known as the V5C, leaving them vulnerable to a number of scams. TVR founder Trevor Wilkinson dies

Kaveh Kamooneh was at Chamblee Middle School where his son was playing tennis. Kamooneh saw the open outlet and figured he’d grab a few electrons while he watched the game.
