This high performance distributor is an excellent choice for many types of motorsports. Requires an aftermarket ignition box (such as an MSD, Accel, Crane or Mallory) and an external coil such as ALL81230. Housing is CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum with an upper support bearing and an extra-long lower bronze bushing for smooth operation and accurate timing at higher RPMs. Distributor includes a molded cap and rotor with brass and stainless steel contacts, a mechanical curve kit with advance springs and stop bushings, manifold gasket, housing O-rings, spark plug wire retainer cap with screws and instructions. Note: Distributors include iron drive gears which are not compatible with hydraulic roller camshafts and must be replaced with a steel alloy gear as recommended by cam manufacturer.

Jaguar Land Rover has trademarked the name ‘Landy’, sparking more rumours of a smaller urban SUV based on the Evoque. The new model could possibly feature styling similar to the DC100 concept, and will be a rival to the likes of the BMW X1 and upcoming Audi Q1. 2013 Ford Fusion gets stop/start as $295 option

Ford Motor Co. is bringing its Auto-Start-Stop system to the United States, the first time it has offered the system in this country in a nonhybrid application. The $295 option will be offered only on 2013 Ford Fusions powered by a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, which Ford predicts will be the top-selling Fusion engine.
