At first sight, there appears considerable overlap with this latest model and the Roewe 550, but the 350's 2650mm wheelbase and overall length of 4521mm is roughly 100mm shorter than the 550. The mid-sized SUV uses the same platform as Mitsubishi's ASX and is ‘a modern response to the needs of all-terrain vehicle customers' according to Peugeot. It adopts an aesthetic that sits somewhere between Peugeot's latest identity – typified by the 508 – and the heavily contoured hood, grille-dominated DRG and drawn-back lamps we've seen from the brand over the past ten years or so.
