This auction is for a new Alpine USA Sports Model 769-04 Rear Rack Bag. The bag is new but without its original packaging. Comes with all mounting hardware and instruction sheet in plastic pouch. Designed to fit on snowmobiles with a rear cargo area behind the seat. An example is shown behind the seat of a Ski Doo Rev chassis (not part of auction). Heavy nylon (cordura?) construction with light padding. I filled the bag with paper to give it some  shape for the photos. I approximately 20" long by 6" deep by 15" wide approximately. Comes with carrying handle, two tabbed zippers. Great condition. New price is about $80. What you see is what you are bidding on.  Shipping to US only. Vignale is the Blue Oval’s response. “A unique upscale product and ownership experience” is how Ford was selling Vignale as the covers came off the Mondeo Vignale Concept car at Frankfurt 2013.

Local Motors Announces Alaska Motors Competition Winners

Startup American independent car company Local Motors has announced the winner of its Alaska Motors competition, which called for entrants to design a concept vehicle for the Wrangell Mountain Extreme, a made-up race that takes place in the grueling Alaskan frontier.   Challenged to design a conceptual vehicle for the most difficult environmental conditions, designers competed for Wacom prizes and the finalists were then chosen by the community, as they have been for the last 17 competitions. Coming in first place was recent Strate College graduate Anthony Colard for his 'B-Polar' concept, a vehicle that features a unique moving chassis with a rotating axis around its fuel tank allowing it to easily maneuver through rough terrain.

Rosberg (pictured) takes pole for Mercedes in 2014 Canadian Grand Prix After the shenanigans at Monaco – with Lewis Hamilton convinced Nico Rosberg had wrecked his chance of pole position – Hamilton had something to prove in qualifying for the 2014 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal. But he failed – just. Despite the Montreal island circuit considered to suit Hamilton’s style more than Rosberg’s, it was the German who put in the quickest lap and will start in pole position for tomorrow’s race.
