This is the Peugeot EX1, a two-seat electric roadster concept car built to celebrate the French brand’s 200th anniversary. And the EX1 will let Peugeot usher in its bicentennial in style as it’s just notched up a number of electric car world records. Land Rover builds 1,000,000th Discovery

The 1,000,000th Land Rover Discovery has rolled off the line at the company's Solihull plant in West Midlands in the United Kingdom. To celebrate the milestone, Land Rover is sending the SUV on an 8,000-mile, 13-country “Journey of Discovery” from Birmingham to Beijing for the motor show on April 23. The company did the same thing in 1955 when the first Series 1 rolled off the line.

2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra recalled

General Motors is recalling nearly 22,000 units of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra full-size pickups because the seats may move in a rear-end crash. The recall affects 21,721 Silverados and Sierra Series 1500 vehicles; 18,972 in the United States, 2,575 in Canada, 103 in Mexico and 71 exports. These vehicles have manual front reclining seatbacks that may fail to meet a federal safety requirement for performance when struck from behind.
