We ship UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS from our nearest warehouse within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.  

Items that ship from manufacturer directly should arrive within 3-5 business days! 

We do ship to international countries, please contact us for a shipping quote.  Be sure to include your full address and postal code for the quickest service.

UPS will not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. 

Please understand that we rely on shipping carriers to deliver the items from your order as described in a timely fashion. On rare occasion, items may be damaged or lost during shipment. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues. 

For items lost in shipment, the shipping carrier must complete a trace and provide us with confirmation before we can ship a replacement. The shipping carrier requires up to 8 days completing the trace.

For shipments to Idaho addresses, we are required by State law to collect Sales Tax.

Simple Returns: 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Parts that do not work with the vehicle they were built for will be exchanged. If item cannot be exchanged a refund of the original purchase price will be issued. The original, actual shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must include all original packaging. 

Before returning any item please contact us for specific shipping instructions. All returns must be approved and issued a return number.  The RMA # must be written on the outside of each package in a visible area. All returns will be mailed back to our return department. Address will be e-mailed to you on request of return. Lack of return number will delay refunds. Once items have been received with a return number & inspected, a credit will be issued to the customer

Claims for item defects outside of our return policy must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. 

An error made on our behalf will receive a 100% refund. A re-stock and handling fee will be deducted from refunds for items returned by purchasing mistake or cancellation. Fees will depend on the condition of the item when returned and reasons for the returning!
