Video: Lexus' Calty design team on their LF-LC concept

Lexus has released an official video of its Lexus LF-LC concept, winner of the ‘Best Concept Car' at the 2012 EyesOn Design Awards. The video features comments from the design team at the company's Calty studio in Newport Beach, California, including Project Chief Designer William Chergosky, Senior Creative Designers Edward Lee and Ben Chang, Studio Manager Ian Cartabiano as well as President Kevin Hunter. The LF-LC hybrid sports coupe is the result of a brief to the Calty team to design a future hybrid sports coupe concept.

THE RECENT sustained surge in UK petrol prices is not having a detrimental effect on the market for used luxury cars, large prestige SUVs and supercars, that’s according to industry experts Glass's. Current pump prices are at record highs, however whilst the value of a typical family car has risen by at least two per cent since January, large 4x4s have registered a rise of twice this amount. 2013 Lexus LS – first official photo

The 2013 Lexus LS is due to be revealed on Monday but Lexus has already revealed the first official photo of the new LS. We reported earlier this month that the new 2013 Lexus LS was on the way – including an LS F Sport version - and that Lexus would be revealing their new flagship on 30th July. But hot on the heels of a couple of leaked photos of the new LS, Lexus has decided to be pragmatic and release an official first image of the 2013 LS ahead of the official reveal next week.
