  • BRAND NEW IN PACKAGE!! Replace your ugly factory (31 inch) metal shaft antenna with The Shorty® Brand (12" inch) antenna. This stylish yet functional LOW PROFILE (12" inch) antenna that will not hit the GARAGE DOOR anymore!!! Made out of 1/4 inch STAINLESS STEEL and is POWDERCOATED BLACK. If you are unsure that it fits, try unscrewing the existing antenna mast off. If it twists right off, then this antenna WILL FIT since it COMES WITH VEHICLE SPECIFIC ADAPTERS (no two antennas are the same fit).

  • How to put it on--Installation is very simple. The Shorty® Brand (12" inch) antenna is a PLUG-N-PLAY antenna, which means it screws onto your existing antenna mount (a direct bolt-on part, no wiring involved) and takes a minute to do. And the way your car looks after The Shorty® Brand (12" inch) antenna is installed is incredible! This antenna replaces your stock AM/FM radio antenna and does not affect On-Star, Bluetooth, GPS Navigation, or Sirius XM radio as those Satellite services use a separate antenna in your vehicle.

  • How is the Reception--4 out of 5 reception with most people noticing no difference at all. As a general rule, strong stations will be fine and weak stations will be reduced. For 5 out of 5 reception, see our 12" and taller Antennas.

  • Is it worth it--The Shorty® Brand (12" inch) antenna is a compact high quality 1/4 inch STAINLESS STEEL antenna (BLACK powder coated mast) cleans up the appearance of the FRONT or REAR of your car and is an extremely durable upgrade from any stock antenna. A great improvement for little money and effort!  Please see our ebay store for more ANTENNA styles and sizes. Available in 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 and 21 inches.

Lamborghini LP560-4 Superleggera coming?

Fri, 18 Sep 2009

What appears to be a Lamborhgini LP560-4 Superleggera out testing But if the photo above is anything to go by it looks as if Lamborghini is planning a Superleggera version of the LP560-4 sooner rather than later. Which would work out pretty well for Lamborghini as they have rashly declared that they will deliver a new car at every road show, and with the replacement for the Murcielago cars – LP640/LP650-4/LP670-4 – still some way off, this could be a  good solution. They’ve run out of new cars for shows after revealing the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster this week at Frankfurt, so they need to get a bit of a hustle on before the next major show if they’re going to keep their promise.

Cadillac CTS-V hits the UK

Tue, 20 Jan 2009

When you think of Cadillac you tend to think of geriatric Americans coasting round God’s waiting room in Florida. Slow, old, wrinkled and not very well bolted together (and that’s just the drivers), nothing to inspire the car lover, and certainly nothing to suggest it would be a good idea to try and sell a big Cadillac saloon in the UK. Who would want to buy a slow, old fashioned Cadillac in the UK?

Bentley Celebrates Strong Finish At Mille Miglia

Fri, 23 May 2014

YOU can be forgiven for thinking Jaguar stole the Mille Miglia spotlight this year, what with its roster of celebrities driving a brace of desirable racers, but Bentley was the other British brand tearing across the Italian countryside. The Crewe-based luxury car maker fielded a handful of iconic pre-war models and, after the four-day, 1,700km marathon, the firm secured its best position to date with one of its iconic 4 ½ Litre supercharged Bentley Blowers. Rolf Frech, Bentley’s Member of the Board for Engineering and Jerome D’Ambrosio, finished in 73rd position out of the 438 cars that took part.
