Anti-reversion mufflers specifically designed to increase low and mid-range torque. According to Hendren Racing Engines, "In 90% of the applications we have tested, our Anti-reversion chambers/mufflers will produce around 15-20ftlbs of torque more between 2,500rpm to 4,500rpm and 5-10 more horse power in that same RPM range than the Beyea muffler. Overall top-end power levels out at a gain of around 4ftlbs and 4hp. We have also seen significant improvement and similar gains with this muffler on Schoenfeld and Hedman headers." Peugeot 308 CC – GT100 Limited edition sells out pre-launch
Fri, 15 May 2009The Peugeot 308 CC launches in the UK on 1st June As an incentive to get buyers up and running quickly, Peugeot offered a very highly specced 308 CC – the GT100 Limited Edition – to the first 100 buyers in the UK, who not only got a lot more kit but also get their new cars ahead of the official launch. But, with a couple of weeks to go to the first regular cars hitting UK showrooms, Peugeot has announced that the 308 CC GT1 LE has sold out. Which is good news for them, but not so great for those hoping to get the extra kit.
Tesla Model S: European price revealed
Thu, 20 Dec 2012Tesla has announced prices and model availability for Europe of the Model S – it starts at €72,600 – but no UK prices until late 2013. The Tesla Model S is garnering some impressive reviews now it’s out in the wild in the US, but it’s still some way from landing in Europe. But at least Tesla has come up with price and spec details for Europe, even though RHD models for the UK still don’t have a number.
