BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé revealed ahead of debut at 2013 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este

Fri, 24 May 2013

The BMW Gran Lusso Coupe by Pininfarina revealed ahead of Villa d’Este Or at least it still does if you expect the new 8 Series to look like a two-door version of the next generation 7 Series, rather than a completely individual model like the old 8 Series. Underpinning the Gran Lusso Coupe is the same platform the 7 Series uses and the same V12 from the 760i, which makes it both easier to bolt the Gran Lusso together and imagine it as future production model. Tue, 24 Jul 2012

A total of 60 Ferrari F40s took to the Silverstone track at last weekend’s Silverstone Classic to celebrate 25 years of the F40 – a world record. Perhaps, just perhaps, the Ferrari F40 is Ferrari’s finest hypercar and stands as Enzo Ferrari’s last automotive statement before his death a year after the F40 launched in 1987. To celebrate the F40′s 25th birthday the Silverstone Classic gathered together as many F40s as they could muster for a parade lap at Silverstone at the weekend.

Rolls Royce Ghost EWB - a Chinese launch Really, you wouldn’t expect Rolls Royce to release something as common as a long wheelbase Ghost, would you? No, this Ghost is an extended wheelbase Ghost – the Rolls Royce Ghost EWB. When we reported back in December that the LWB Ghost was getting close – and the Ghost DHC and Ghost Coupe, for that matter – we’d half expected Rolls Royce might get a shake on and take the Ghost EWB to Geneva.
