All the general automotive tools of the day. Nicely illustrated half-size (6" x 9") booklet with 81 pages in b&w. Covers lightly scuffed but clean throughout, complete, with stapled binding tight and in overall good to very good condition. Blackhawk was a direct competitor to all the major tooling manufacturers such as Bonney, Cornwell, Herbrand, Mac, OTC, Snap-On and others. Not designed to be a production car – but if they don’t do something close to it they should be shot – the Jaguar C-X75 offers what could be considered the ultimate range-extender hybrid. With a pair of mini gas turbines charging a bank of plug-in Li-Ion batteries which in turn power a quartet of electric motors, the C-X75 produces a massive 780bhp, offers a 0-60mph of just over 3 seconds and a top speed of over 200mph.
Diesel rocket passes 300mph in record bid

The sleek racer – powered by twin diesel engines each producing 750bhp – touched 308.252mph yesterday (Thursday 17 August). That smashes the current diesel car world record of 235.756mph, set in 1973.
Porsche 918 Spyder finally debuts at Frankfurt motor show
Mon, 09 Sep 2013Porsche initiated the final act in its drawn-out 918 Spyder introduction, revealing the production version of the 214-mph gasoline-electric hybrid two-seater at the Frankfurt motor show. The car will be produced on a dedicated line at Porsche's Zuffenhausen factory in Germany starting Sept. 12.
