- We are not perfect. We do research on each item to ensure it is decribed accurately, honestly and if possible the operational status. Everyone makes mistakes. If you see one here in relation to an item specific please feel free to let us know so we may take action to correct it
PAYMENT:
- Paypal preferred
- Item shall be paid for within 4 days of auction close unless prior arrangements are made with Seller. Prior DOES NOT mean 2 days after auction ended
- If item is NOT paid for within specified time period and there has been no related communication between Buyer and Seller the Seller reserves the right to file an unpaid item claim with Ebay
- We are not a lay-away service and don't hold items until Buyer's next paycheck comes in. If Buyer cannot pay within specified time and/or Buyer makes no request from us to hold item in advance for a short reasonable time period, please DO NOT waste our time by bidding. We have had too many Buyer's in the past ask us to hold an item(s) for a week or so after the fact only to never hear from the Buyer again. We do not believe that is fair to us and any person(s) failing to pay will have a claimed filed against them
SHIPPING:
- Shipping is done in such a way to make the price fair to everyone. Seller DOES NOT charge extra for shipping material, gasoline, time and effort to pack, transport and deliver to shipping service. We believe this is part of our overhead and comes out of the sales profit
- Generally if an item weighs under 6 ounces the price for shipping is fixed. Any item weighing over 6 ounces we choose Ebay's option of setting the price calculated by buyers location. This way someone living 1 mile from us should not have to pay the same for shipping as someone living 1,000 miles away, etc.
- We almost always use the United States Postal Service for shipping unless it is an extremely heavy or large item which we then ship by United Parcel Service
- DO NOT assume shipping is free on an item if it does not say free shipping here in the listing narrative and below the sale price under the shipping specifics. Too many people are shopping by cell phone using Ebay apps and those apps are abbreviated versions of the Site and do always show accurate shipping fees. Always check twice to make sure of the shipping price
- Our handling time is generally 2-3 days. Holidays and weekends excluded
- We try NOT to be running to the Post Office everyday during the business week. Therefore, items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays with the previous exceptions
- All shipments include delivery confirmation
- Special handling or special handling requests may require an additional service fee
- International shipping is available on most of our items. Firearms and other certain weapons and/or their accessories cannot be shipped outside of the USA by law. We not ship precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) outside the USA
- International Buyers are responsible for all import taxes/duties
- We DO NOT falsify Customs forms. DO NOT ask to have us send an item outside the USA as a "gift" if you purchased it from us. DO NOT ask us to reduce the value in order for you to pay a lower import tax. These are all crimes in the USA and we will NOT do it. We will report this activity to Ebay
- Seller reserves the right NOT to ship to certain unfriendly countries of the USA and those countries with an established history of internet and mail fraud. In addition we DO NOT ship to countries with unreliable postal systems
RETURNS:
- Returns are accepted on this item
- Must contact buyer before returning
- It is Buyer's responsibility to read entire listing requirements, terms and descriptions. By doing this the Buyer has a better understanding of the contract he/she is bound to once a bid is placed and/or purchases an item. It also enhances your buying experience with us
- See above more details
FEEDBACK:
- Feedback is generally given once it is received
- Buyer's who were rude or nasty should NOT expect to receive positive feedback
- Your buying experience is very important to us. We strive for a high level of satisfaction and customer service. We will work very hard to make ALL transactions pleasant and complete
- Please, if there was a problem contact us immediately so we may have a chance to resolve the issue with you

Yesterday GM sold its stake in Suzuki; today Ford announced plans to slash its shareholding in Mazda. Previously the Blue Oval held a third of Mazda’s stock, but it has cut that to just 13%. Ford admitted the sale was purely to boost its balance sheet, as the Big Three continue to struggle with cashflow.

Hot on the heels of their appearance at SEMA and their announcement to open a location in the U.S., the German tuning firm ABT Sportsline has unveiled two new versions of the Audi RS6 Avant, dubbed the ABT Power S and ABT Power. Apparently, ABT Sportsline felt that the 560 hp output of the stock 4.0-liter TFSI-engined Audi RS6 Avant wasn't enough, and tuned the ABT Power S version to produce 700 hp. That's a 25 percent increase in power over the stock version.

BMW has enlisted the BMW M135i, DTM driver Martin Tomczyk and the Zurich Acapella Group to create the fastest Christmas song in the world. The BMW M135i may not be a ‘real’ BMW M car, but it’s still mighty swift. With its 3.0 litre straight six complete with Twin Scroll Turbo it delivers 315bhp and can get to 62mph (with the auto ‘box) in an impressive 4.9 seconds.
